Philofitness 的由来

想想练习Yoga 也有好些日子了。自自然然身边的朋友不时会问我有关Yoga 的一些问题。而最多人会问的问题就是 ‘那里可以找到好的Yoga 中心呢？’。我都会帮他们找好多好多的资料，给他们最适合他们学习的地点和方式。

时间久了。。朋友就会问：‘为什么你不要开间Yoga 中心呢？ 对了，这是一个很好的问题哦 ^^  我要谢谢那位朋友 ^^

我喜欢帮助要学习Yoga 和Dance 的朋友找到他们喜欢的学习方式。有些朋友喜欢在家里学习，时间和地点由他们选择。可以和家人，朋友，爱人一起学习Yoga，同时也可以促进彼此的关系，也增加了大家在一起相处的时间。我真的好开心，也好有满足感。
