而这位美丽又年轻的妈妈

就为刚从英国回来的女儿安排了Home Yoga  ~

在家里练习 Yoga ♥

也许是生理时钟还没调整好的关系吧

女儿回国后

就时常失眠

而且睡眠的品质也不很好

其实

我们通过练习 Yoga 是可以帮助睡眠的 ~ ~ ♥

在练习 Yoga 时

对我们的脑部神经系统是很有帮助的 ♥ ♥

怎么说呢？

我们可以借着一些 Yoga Asana 来增加血液对脑部睡眠中心的供应量

可以让我们的大脑放松

让我们很快地入睡

渐渐改善我们的睡眠质量

真的好些日子没写 Blog 了。。最近都在忙着准备去 Bali Trip 的事，做手工肥皂，想着 Philofitness Marketing 的事。。 所以都没 update 我的 Blog.. 加上最近天气不好，又生了场病。。好多天都呆在家里。。

♥ ♥ ♥  哈哈。。现在的我。。终于都复活了。。 又要开始写 Blog 咯 ♥ ♥ ♥

当初要做 Philofitness 决定是正确的。。因为在工作的同时，也帮助了想学瑜伽的朋友解决了他们的问题，大多是面对时间不能配合，不想花时间在交通上，地点远等等方面的事。

当我帮学生们安排了瑜伽老师上门教课，学生们的问题都解决了，这就是我的满足感。

Office Yoga 就是办公室瑜伽。可以安排在公司的 Meeting Room，只要是通风好，地上附有地毯，有足够的空间，基本上是可以进行 Office Yoga 了。

Office Yoga 可以促进同事间的沟通和良好的关系。我们在练习瑜伽的同时，也加入了 Partner Yoga 的方式去进行，也更加的有趣。同时我们也把瑜伽这么好的运动推广给更多的朋友们。
